Kinza Win - Founder

25 years in finance has opened my vision to the scope of impact possible with the allocation of adequate financial resources and networks.

Serving the needs of high net worth clients and financial intermediaries further reinforced my belief in the need to formally integrate “giving” as a natural extension and evolution of traditional wealth management.

This initially lead to the establishment of the Philanthropy department in Barclays Private Bank in Geneva in 2013 and in 2015 to a private Philanthropy Consultancy, working essentially with private individuals and non-profit organizations and building bridges between these two communities. 

In 2016 I was engaged by Banque Lombard Odier and supported the Philanthropy and Innovative Finance Department, participating in the launch of the first (Humanitarian Impact Bond) with the ICRC in 2017-2018.

Wishing to independently bring further innovation and to scale Private Philanthropy and Venture Philanthropy, in 2019, I established WIN Philanthropy Advisors to support Philanthropists in the implementation and scaling of their organizations. 

Growing trends in the digital space and non-profit world then naturally led me to partner with my associate and daughter Anteia WIN to leverage our joint expertise and the infinite potential of digital and social media to further enable Philanthropists to share their missions and organizations to scale more rapidly and cost effectively, and in doing so increase their remit and impact.

Anteia Fransen - Co-Founder

Passionate about Human Rights and Humanitarian causes, I completed a Bachelors in International Relations & Business and a Masters in Digital Communications. 

Through my work at ISHR (International Service for Human Rights) as well as my mandates with MSF (Medecins Sans Frontieres), I have witnessed the strength of digital communication and social media in advancing the causes these organizations defend and the successful strategies and communication methodologies they employ.

I further support Private Philanthropists, non-profit organizations and social enterprises in taking their missions to the next level by leveraging the digital space and social networks, from building the relevant digital framework to creating the appropriate media and communication content and elaborating a digital and social media strategy.
